Personal Banking Service (PBS) Intern:
Job Description
1. Collect materials
2. ID verification; Issue/Scan and send email to P & C PO
3. Provide Welcome Letter to clients
4. Confirm remittance with IS; Q5 to HK; Email to Canadian branch and cc IS
5. Provide Deposit Certificate to students
6. Related internal reports (daily register); Filing
7. Answer daily client enquiries
Term Deposit Opening
1. ID verification & Dow jones check
2. Get line manager approval (Low/Medium clients) ; Get OM approval
3. Provide remittance route to client and KYC filing; Contact clients for TD request or rollover/TT out application (original)
4. Funds received, send email to Capital markets; Provide TD receipt to clients (by mail)
5. Follow up with clients for instruction before maturity; Filing
Qualification:
1. At least 3-5 working days per week, 4 months at least, onboarding 20 of Apr.2020
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients on product instruction and process flow description via phone
3. Strong learning skills
4. Sincere, patient and easygoing: better with sweet voice on the phone
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin
6. Well-disciplined with ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under pressure
7. Preferably with working experience of internships on commercial service
8. Strong skills on the use of technology tools e.g. Microsoft Office, internet explorer
